Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Engel Robotdrive M4, RobotdriveM4, RD-M4, RDM4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Euchner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Esr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Eubanks product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Euchner such as the 3453253 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 67574647B1R1A1G1K1 manufactured by Esr and we are pleased to be able to service most Esr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 13137 by Manufacturer Eubanks as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Erg Brand E156486 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Esa such as BRD007012 equipment made by Esa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Esa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Esa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PWGLEZ2048C07156 made by Euchner as well as the popular 011420 original spares produced by Esc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0564700601RevD by Equipment-Inc and BRD007012 spares by Esa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 092807669 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Enm.
