Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eurotherm 620L/0550/400/0010/UK/ENW/0000/000/00/00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Exeron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Exlar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Eurotherm product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Exeron such as the 9000500493 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SLG090004KMGSAB5168 manufactured by Exlar and we are pleased to be able to service most Exlar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC3000DOVERSION2LGC12 by Manufacturer Eurotherm as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Eurotherm Brand 2PH50A600V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Extron such as PD35080 equipment made by Extron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Extron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Extron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1193Rev01A made by Fk-Delvotec as well as the popular 118302582C original spares produced by Exide

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L500120MH1T1CJ73B by Fabco and PD35080 spares by Extron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 118302232 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Exide.
