Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Exlar GSM40-0602-MEF-AB7-238-XM-36269 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Exlar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fairchild parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Exlar product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Exlar such as the GSX500601MEXBD2268XT26492 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TFNB522240 manufactured by Fairchild and we are pleased to be able to service most Fairchild systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TLM300601IDF3B810ARL2 by Manufacturer Exlar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fafnir Brand RSMN315KS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Extion such as EXD2020MB equipment made by Extion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Extion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Extion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A20B2100029002A made by Fanuc as well as the popular RK2050F2A004 original spares produced by Falk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 729507 by Falk and EXD2020MB spares by Extion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4507J25D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk.
