Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Exlar SR31-0605-MTM-EM2-268-P5-XH-XT-22939 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fadal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Falk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fafnir product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fadal such as the 11103BPCB0019 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8565521 manufactured by Falk and we are pleased to be able to service most Falk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SA21116 by Manufacturer Fafnir as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Falk Brand 500MDXD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fanuc such as A6608007T048L7R403 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6102500161025001 made by Radisys as well as the popular HE610INP100B original spares produced by Facts-Engineering

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CA28002 by Facts-Engineering and A6608007T048L7R403 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M1150DBL2AN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk.
