Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fanuc A20B-2901-0942/02A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schumacher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schumacher such as the BK1200SSN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BM600011 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C40PCDRA by Manufacturer Omron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Modicon Brand ASM909002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as AB2711T10C20 equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C200HPFB21 made by Omron as well as the popular C200HAD003C200HAD0003 original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BENTLYNEVADA72951B by Bentley-Nevada and AB2711T10C20 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AP687VF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iac.
