Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fanuc A20B-2902-0020 /01A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the AS9370001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ACS800U100012P901 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A6PHP115UL by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Omron Brand C40PCDRA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Issc such as B1609093 equipment made by Issc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Issc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Issc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A20B39000042 made by Fanuc as well as the popular BBSI038722 original spares produced by Siemens

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BAYLOR by Foremost-Engineering-Inc and B1609093 spares by Issc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A20B9002031002B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
