Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fanuc A50L-0001-0338 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the CACRSR30BE12MU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AUXL111D manufactured by Nachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Nachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CACRSR30TZ6SM by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Modicon Brand AS584L231 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Black-Box such as blawknoxequipment equipment made by Black-Box have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Black-Box products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Black-Box" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CB5101M made by Coil-Technology as well as the popular AED00096 original spares produced by Panasonic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A50L00010422 by Fanuc and blawknoxequipment spares by Black-Box are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C7000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Diversey.
