Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fisher Rosemount CL6821X1-A6 - 12P0663X022 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fmc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fisher-Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Flexaline product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fmc such as the 179502A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10P5034001 manufactured by Fisher-Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Fisher-Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B11751 by Manufacturer Flexaline as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Forney Brand D32160201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fanuc such as A03B0819C060 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DH62201X1BA130B1463X012 made by Fisher-Rosemount as well as the popular RMDR6101E original spares produced by Forney

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 207H26 by Foote-Jones and A03B0819C060 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 700P07 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fluke.
