Flender Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Flender XSBL360 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Flender XSBL360 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the XSBL360 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our XSBL360 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 55003202 manufactured by Lantech and we are pleased to be able to service most Lantech systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Allen-bradley Brand 1336SBRF100ANEN4L5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as 0600315 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
