Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric BW400RAGU parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gage products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Furnas product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gage such as the 10126012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7928 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14EP32AA81 by Manufacturer Furnas as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Gast Brand 4AMRV75GR20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as 125D5788G0001 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3BA made by Gardner-denver as well as the popular 91ME34AFA original spares produced by Furnas-Siemens

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N86D3118R001 by Fujitsu-Fanuc and 125D5788G0001 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0696L691G0001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
