Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric CDPAOPUJ-33, EP-2099, HEH4956B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Charter-Power-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ceag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Chemtrol product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Charter-Power-Systems such as the MBC02920130B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ghg4171101r1 manufactured by Ceag and we are pleased to be able to service most Ceag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 205 by Manufacturer Chemtrol as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Celtek Brand LM6405 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Chino such as DB510000 equipment made by Chino have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chino products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chino" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PA020166 made by Ceac as well as the popular MAND34A10B original spares produced by Chiba-Precision

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 017PLX0100XX17N06HT17155E2500197IH by Cgi and DB510000 spares by Chino are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RE52156 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cerutti.
