Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric NP1L-PE1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fujitsu products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Furnas product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fujitsu such as the IFA6D3I1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VISTAC10002DC manufactured by Fuji-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 40DP32AX9 by Manufacturer Furnas as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fujitsu Brand FC9602LSS1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Furnas such as 2334SOO equipment made by Furnas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Furnas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Furnas" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FRN37C1S2MO made by Fuji-Electric as well as the popular 72ND32AFA original spares produced by Furnas

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VM1931A by Fuji-Electric and 2334SOO spares by Furnas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 14EP14BFB7A14EP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Furnas.
