Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric PXR5-REE1-GV0A1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Parker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fujitsu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Furnas product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Parker such as the S232AEF10N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the REM3DS320C3PCHAS manufactured by Fujitsu and we are pleased to be able to service most Fujitsu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 26A32U00 by Manufacturer Furnas as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Furnas Brand 14JT32AX198 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fusion such as 858399800 equipment made by Fusion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fusion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fusion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 44EB30AF made by Furnas as well as the popular FV10UC original spares produced by Futaba

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IFA6C2D1 by Fujitsu and 858399800 spares by Fusion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 42BF35AJASI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Furnas.
