Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji FUJI ELECTRIC EP-2103B BOARD / EP2103B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Seiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bailey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Proface product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Seiki such as the IO4810570000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IPSYS01 manufactured by Bailey and we are pleased to be able to service most Bailey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP577RSC11 by Manufacturer Proface as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Yasnac Brand JANCDFC900C1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as JPACC266ETL equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available H4893P4050 made by Harland-Simon as well as the popular GN3402MI original spares produced by Ormec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ILD220010 by Micro-Epsilon and JPACC266ETL spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC693MDL930E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
