Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fujinon A20x8.6BEMD-DSD 1:1.8/8.6-172mm parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Galil products, including obsoleted and phased-out Galil parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Galil such as the DMC530 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DCM1856CB50100 manufactured by Galil and we are pleased to be able to service most Galil systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5020360500R2 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Furnas Brand 72PD32AFA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance-Electric such as 91011521 equipment made by Reliance-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance-Electric" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DMC8240 made by Galil as well as the popular D7162832 original spares produced by Furnas

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100953116 by Gammaflux and 91011521 spares by Reliance-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 11DB3A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Furnas.
