Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gast Idex VG-130-00-00 0201 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Acdc-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the 560103BD3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RT301110 manufactured by Acdc-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Acdc-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1791N4V2 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Western-Reserve Brand WRCCANXDINDN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynics such as WX15PIX3 equipment made by Dynics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ZW32S2T made by Sharp as well as the popular VME128M original spares produced by Aval

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1771QRC by Allen-Bradley and WX15PIX3 spares by Dynics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 53262D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb.
