Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ge Fanuc PS10-2M2-DG1-AD3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Graham-Transmission products, including obsoleted and phased-out Giken parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Graham-Transmission such as the 3425 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the gfcs2 manufactured by Giken and we are pleased to be able to service most Giken systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSM07 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Gould Brand A203F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Grove-Gear such as 845190 equipment made by Grove-Gear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grove-Gear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grove-Gear" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SSA94WJ made by Gemini-Valve as well as the popular A422 original spares produced by Gemini-Valve

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GSGWFICC540D2NA6E by Greenstory-Global and 845190 spares by Grove-Gear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 581540 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grecon.
