Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ge NPI-19H-101AH parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gsi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Hokuyo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gsi such as the HD2F10M1EDS660 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3070A manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DMSGB1V by Manufacturer Hokuyo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Honeywell Brand 58426HVA30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Honeywell such as FFSB14R104S2D equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TST76010 made by Hamilton as well as the popular 181681 original spares produced by Gems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CP18D1DPLC by Honeywell and FFSB14R104S2D spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LIDA407 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain.
