Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gefran P-ADL100-27-5L parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gemu products, including obsoleted and phased-out Haas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Graham product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gemu such as the F05F7NDS14 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 181310LS manufactured by Haas and we are pleased to be able to service most Haas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 175H7367 by Manufacturer Graham as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Giddings--Lewis Brand MMCSD30230D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gould such as AS584A450 equipment made by Gould have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gould products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gould" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5905744 made by Groschopp as well as the popular K13CF1432 original spares produced by General

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VK030S by Grundig and AS584A450 spares by Gould are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
