Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gems 1200BGF6008A3UA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Harowe products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Gems product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Harowe such as the 15BRCX601K10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MHPC233L manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 87419 by Manufacturer Gems as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Heidenhain Brand ROD3200021250 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by General-Monitors such as 100011 equipment made by General-Monitors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire General-Monitors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "General-Monitors" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 11BRW300C10501 made by Harowe as well as the popular 2200BG3F00223DA original spares produced by Gems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 27506640 by Heidenhain and 100011 spares by General-Monitors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 180924 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gems.
