Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Genral Electric DVMRE-4CTII-320 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Giken-Kogyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Haas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Gse-Tech-motive-Tool product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Giken-Kogyo such as the ATM350 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AECW manufactured by Haas and we are pleased to be able to service most Haas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C4000A01V02CV02 by Manufacturer Gse-Tech-motive-Tool as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Glentek Brand GMB26128E00100000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Germos such as ASP75429 equipment made by Germos have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Germos products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Germos" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M1302117 made by Giddings--Lewis as well as the popular TPC700 original spares produced by Gh-Group

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1806790004 by Haas and ASP75429 spares by Germos are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5010431701 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Giddings--Lewis.
