Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Golden Sun TSB13102B-3NHA-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ambitech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yasakawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Reliance product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ambitech such as the SS2A2S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGMP01AWYR12 manufactured by Yasakawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yasakawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T56H1100NUL by Manufacturer Reliance as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Rexroth Brand SRA3004206014000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nord such as SK02040AZBH71L4SK71L4CUS equipment made by Nord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nord" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SGMG13AWAYR12 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular TC15012 original spares produced by Weiss

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMJV04A3A6C by Yaskawa and SK02040AZBH71L4SK71L4CUS spares by Nord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPH1803CXMPP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Speedtronics.
