Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Grabner Ametek 25030000 / 25031000 / 250-300-00 / 250-3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Groschopp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Guardscan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Guardian product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Groschopp such as the AC9060NV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GS120PNP manufactured by Guardscan and we are pleased to be able to service most Guardscan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4860S by Manufacturer Guardian as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Gtr Brand GFM1530T90WX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gse such as 48R40001003CS400 equipment made by Gse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3221005 made by Grossenbacher as well as the popular 94010L original spares produced by Graseby

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WK0211101 by Groschopp and 48R40001003CS400 spares by Gse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GS0666D2430S12GS0666D2430S12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leuze.
