Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the H2w Technology BLDM-C04-HC2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hantronix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hbm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Hardy product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hantronix such as the NPC1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ML460 manufactured by Hbm and we are pleased to be able to service most Hbm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HI1756WS by Manufacturer Hardy as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Hagan Brand 121 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hauni such as 462921 equipment made by Hauni have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hauni products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hauni" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C92174013233 made by Hagiwara as well as the popular 68471697 original spares produced by Harmonic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LXV4049970552 by Hach and 462921 spares by Hauni are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4015MC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Haas.
