Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Haas SKO 18-06-79-00/04 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Halliburton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hauni parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Harrel product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Halliburton such as the TMD500080000000808012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 46292 manufactured by Hauni and we are pleased to be able to service most Hauni systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC434B by Manufacturer Harrel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Hauser Brand svc222v10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hagan such as 398549 equipment made by Hagan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hagan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hagan" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NPCS262 made by Hall as well as the popular 93BA1CA002BM original spares produced by Hayssen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11BRW300F58A by Api-Harowe and 398549 spares by Hagan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2276471700 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hayward.
