Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Haenni EDA430/311.195/A25 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hagiwara products, including obsoleted and phased-out Haroduktor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Heidenhain product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hagiwara such as the MCF10P256MSA00ACIYE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9200077682 manufactured by Haroduktor and we are pleased to be able to service most Haroduktor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ROD4261000 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Heidelberg Brand PCA43210401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hammond such as H300947 equipment made by Hammond have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hammond products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hammond" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available H4890P5024 made by Harlond-Simon as well as the popular 0950241003F03 original spares produced by Harmonic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 965A3CA002AA by Hayssen and H300947 spares by Hammond are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2Z48905 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Halmar.
