Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Heidenhain LC 182/20µm ML 1140mm, 368 563-10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Helmholz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hilliard parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Hewlet-Packard product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Helmholz such as the 7003221BH01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT250A manufactured by Hilliard and we are pleased to be able to service most Hilliard systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0262060003 by Manufacturer Hewlet-Packard as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Heller Brand PLT90 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hewlet-Packard such as CHM750100 equipment made by Hewlet-Packard have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hewlet-Packard products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hewlet-Packard" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HS205143 made by Hes as well as the popular D2303230402281 original spares produced by Heller

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6205B by Himmelstein and CHM750100 spares by Hewlet-Packard are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 211300002370 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidolph.
