Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Helm HM-579-TSM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Megger products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge-Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Trane product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Megger such as the MIT5102 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC600PM541 manufactured by Ge-Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge-Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MOD0275 by Manufacturer Trane as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bailey Brand INIIT02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Control-Techniques such as MHM490CONS0000 equipment made by Control-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Techniques" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC65A734A1F700 made by Nematron-Corp as well as the popular OPUS7000 original spares produced by Okuma

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3600STKH1 by Ge-Fanuc and MHM490CONS0000 spares by Control-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MMS1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
