Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kodivac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Leuze product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kodivac such as the GHP550 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2443KM1G3K150E manufactured by Lenord and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 18A by Manufacturer Leuze as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Efector Brand PI2954 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Interface such as SPI3200 equipment made by Interface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Interface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Interface" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LW7S made by Honeywell as well as the popular IG010R original spares produced by Keyence
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LVNH110 by Keyence and SPI3200 spares by Interface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RKR184DL845 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leuze.
