Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hitachi IO-24A I0-24A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Iei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Kuhnke product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Iei such as the JUKI3711PTN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KDF12150300W1115 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KUAX671 by Manufacturer Kuhnke as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Elau Brand MC41122400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sti such as MC47201500R equipment made by Sti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sti" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MCR1318 made by Itr as well as the popular KJ3245X1BA1 original spares produced by Emerson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MC021C by Mitsubishi and MC47201500R spares by Sti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MG32OFAV24VDC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pinnacle.
