Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hub City 3805 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Iai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hyster parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Hurth-Infer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Iai such as the RCASA4CI205300A3N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8620212 manufactured by Hyster and we are pleased to be able to service most Hyster systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 230109 by Manufacturer Hurth-Infer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Hyosung-Corp. Brand E79167 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reflex such as 32003 equipment made by Reflex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reflex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reflex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available WD8617D3 made by Hughes as well as the popular SM554B100 original spares produced by Hyde

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1609255 by Huttinger and 32003 spares by Reflex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 023006963 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hub-City.
