Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hub GW80215-1AWP3438 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew- products, including obsoleted and phased-out Falk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sew product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew- such as the KAF66R420T71C4BM605HR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M1600BL241 manufactured by Falk and we are pleased to be able to service most Falk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KA97DRP160 by Manufacturer Sew as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Thk Brand HSR20R2SS400L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Winsmith such as Item006XCTS2X000G8 equipment made by Winsmith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Winsmith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Winsmith" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MJ60 made by Isel as well as the popular K110 original spares produced by Zz-antriebe

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N220 by Skf and Item006XCTS2X000G8 spares by Winsmith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KH77A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew.
