Iai Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Iai RESU-2 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Iai RESU-2 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RESU-2 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RESU-2 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Spare units by Idec such as HG2FSS22VF equipment made by Idec have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
