Iko Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Iko LWM-1 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Iko LWM-1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the LWM-1 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our LWM-1 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baumuller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Butler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bussmann product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumuller such as the BUG26030E003BUG26030E003BUG260 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CC1852450 manufactured by Butler and we are pleased to be able to service most Butler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 170M6470 by Manufacturer Bussmann as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Browning Brand 4C240R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bucher such as 30202744 equipment made by Bucher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bucher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bucher" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9243 made by Burster as well as the popular 9760156 original spares produced by Bruce-Industrial-Controls
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5TB68 by Browning and 30202744 spares by Bucher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BPSU36 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bruker.
