Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Imi Tech IMB7011G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ingersoll-Rand parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the KDS11050300W1220 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3RLN manufactured by Ingersoll-Rand and we are pleased to be able to service most Ingersoll-Rand systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 265241 by Manufacturer Indramat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Indramat Brand 6SK120320101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Inficon such as 353502 equipment made by Inficon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Inficon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Inficon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MKD025B144GG1KN made by Indramat as well as the popular MDD112CN040N2M130GB1 original spares produced by Indramat

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12G260200 by Intelligent-Actuator and 353502 spares by Inficon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KGXO20PPCL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ina.
