Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Innovative Technology PTE080-1S101 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Joslyn products, including obsoleted and phased-out Itoh-Denki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Itw product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Joslyn such as the 74UI4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PM486FS5328D024 manufactured by Itoh-Denki and we are pleased to be able to service most Itoh-Denki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 106094 by Manufacturer Itw as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Johnson-Controls Brand D3731 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Intillunis such as RMV29050 equipment made by Intillunis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intillunis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intillunis" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 308B made by Isotron as well as the popular 72561 original spares produced by Jena-Tec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NUPWR3508 by Johnson and RMV29050 spares by Intillunis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 300MXA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Issc.
