Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Innovative Technology PTX080-3Y101 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Interbus parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ishida-Dacs product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ite such as the JD23B400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2752932 manufactured by Interbus and we are pleased to be able to service most Interbus systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 057530510 by Manufacturer Ishida-Dacs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ite Brand CRHOJVD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jokab-Safety such as Pluto equipment made by Jokab-Safety have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jokab-Safety products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jokab-Safety" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PE256T01 made by Jlem as well as the popular ERV8301Q original spares produced by Jamesbury

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 112620 by Integral-Solutions-Int-Ft.-L and Pluto spares by Jokab-Safety are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PE506T01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jlem.
