Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Innovative Technology PTX320-NN400 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Interface-Lbm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Interface-Associates parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Jlem product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Interface-Lbm such as the LBM10K468 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CJS3X12 manufactured by Interface-Associates and we are pleased to be able to service most Interface-Associates systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PE202T11 by Manufacturer Jlem as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Johnson-Service Brand 11049 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by John-S.-Barnes such as 0213322 equipment made by John-S.-Barnes have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GD100R4G2B by Invt and 0213322 spares by John-S.-Barnes are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WJ8157T3SPW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Joyce-Dayton.
