Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Intelligent Actuator IAI-12G-60-100 JBQ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Irvine-Optical products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ipr-Robotics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Interroll product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Irvine-Optical such as the A602670330 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KA160 manufactured by Ipr-Robotics and we are pleased to be able to service most Ipr-Robotics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 113S by Manufacturer Interroll as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Invensys Brand P0961BC0K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ird such as 320544 equipment made by Ird have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ird products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ird" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P0972VA made by Invensys as well as the popular W82401520 original spares produced by Iron-Man

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9560D010201 by Intermec and 320544 spares by Ird are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
