Introtek Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Introtek AD9 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Introtek AD9 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the AD9 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our AD9 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the PZM51P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FU63 manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TH515 by Manufacturer Keyence as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
