Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Io Tech Inc DBK1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Itd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Isi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Gould product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Itd such as the 575408 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A5A191I manufactured by Isi and we are pleased to be able to service most Isi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G103E506 by Manufacturer Gould as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ircon Brand 501286 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ipd such as VA4103 equipment made by Ipd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ipd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ipd" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 950012D0491 made by Ipm as well as the popular P5433B2A original spares produced by Ishida

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UATC15 by Itc and VA4103 spares by Ipd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V7E3611 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ite.
