Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Isco 69-9003-568-30L parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Keyence product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the SLC12HTSLC12HR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SLV20HMR manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GT2H12KL by Manufacturer Keyence as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Jai Brand CM030GERH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jbl-Systems such as DD2T30B2 equipment made by Jbl-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jbl-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jbl-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BL651HA made by Keyence as well as the popular SLC08HT original spares produced by Keyence

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HKM1713756000SGP6738K6000SG by Jesco-/-Kulite and DD2T30B2 spares by Jbl-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LVH32 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
