Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawasaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Johnson-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 8C751G3DRAEKJ1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 506071086R00 manufactured by Kawasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D31532 by Manufacturer Johnson-Controls as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Johnson-Controls Brand D4732 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ite such as SN425 equipment made by Ite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ite" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IOP800 made by I-tech as well as the popular MVSI1210400 original spares produced by Italvibras
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 509992254 by Kawasaki and SN425 spares by Ite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Stepper Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Isel.
