Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Jin Shin VSM3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Johnson-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keb such as the 0558200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 05F4S1D440112 manufactured by Keb and we are pleased to be able to service most Keb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M120AAA1 by Manufacturer Johnson-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kawasaki Brand 509991384R02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keb such as 07F4F1D4A03 equipment made by Keb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 07F5B1B3900 made by Keb as well as the popular D4732 original spares produced by Johnson-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10F5C1B2A0A by Keb and 07F4F1D4A03 spares by Keb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 14F4C1E4A0114 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keb.
