Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Joslyn Clark X5U6-2-76 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Measurement-Computing-Pci-das1602-/-16-Capture-Car parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pilz such as the PZE5110VAC4S1O spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCIDAS1602 manufactured by Measurement-Computing-Pci-das1602-/-16-Capture-Car and we are pleased to be able to service most Measurement-Computing-Pci-das1602-/-16-Capture-Car systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CPM2B32C2DRD by Manufacturer Omron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Phoenix Brand 2864422 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schneider such as XPSPVK1184 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 48097700322 made by Okuma as well as the popular MRJ240A original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PA115A2H6A2 by Deutsch and XPSPVK1184 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 35648 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reuland.
