Key Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Key MFS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Key MFS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MFS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MFS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kfm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Komatsu product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the 126077 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 930L81 manufactured by Kfm and we are pleased to be able to service most Kfm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KDP1320LE1 by Manufacturer Komatsu as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kpsi Brand 700S14A0A1447 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keyence such as LKHD1001 equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LKHD500 made by Keyence as well as the popular MT5520T original spares produced by Kinco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BM100A by Krohne and LKHD1001 spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CAHX200C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
