Keytek Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Keytek G-STRIP and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Keytek G-STRIP include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the G-STRIP if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our G-STRIP repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kulicke--Soffa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kremlin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Koyo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kulicke--Soffa such as the 08001407300004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 93240 manufactured by Kremlin and we are pleased to be able to service most Kremlin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XJS655 by Manufacturer Koyo as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kuka Brand KK7YYY in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kwant-Controls such as KC06 equipment made by Kwant-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kwant-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kwant-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC2200A1TSP3 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular MV4450TA1000 original spares produced by Kla¶ckner-Moeller
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ZDR100 by Kontron and KC06 spares by Kwant-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PAUM27 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kobelco.
