Killark Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Killark UP01 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Killark UP01 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the UP01 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our UP01 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kinco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kistler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Kosmek product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kinco such as the MT4300C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5073A411 manufactured by Kistler and we are pleased to be able to service most Kistler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LC752SD by Manufacturer Kosmek as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Lam-Research Brand 81007032001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Krohne such as IFC300F equipment made by Krohne have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Krohne products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Krohne" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KF382500 made by Kubat-Mechanik as well as the popular UP01 original spares produced by Killark
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1FK70605AF711ZZ9Z by Kuka and IFC300F spares by Krohne are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AKM22GEFBN200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen.
