Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kulite LL-113M-125-15A-10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lambda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Open-Date-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Lafert product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lambda such as the RSD120A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L1738 manufactured by Open-Date-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Open-Date-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ST63S4 by Manufacturer Lafert as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Landis--Gyr Brand SQM1016561 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lab-volt such as AM324010 equipment made by Lab-volt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lab-volt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lab-volt" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LMN2020 made by Lamson as well as the popular LU1TE original spares produced by Kyowa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCG2000SSI by Lj and AM324010 spares by Lab-volt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A86L00260001102 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kuroda.
