Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kuroda PC-1024ZL-WFT-160 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lumberg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leuze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mencom product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lumberg such as the ASB6LED5433020M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RK854 manufactured by Leuze and we are pleased to be able to service most Leuze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JDC24P216C050 by Manufacturer Mencom as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Microe Brand 10000129 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Leuze such as GSU0624D2 equipment made by Leuze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leuze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leuze" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JRT20KLC made by Lc-Manufacturing as well as the popular 150900D1I original spares produced by Metz

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OTM310F by Laser and GSU0624D2 spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 767Y000000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marposs.
